The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form, email, and phone. If you contact us, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and whatever you write in your message.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server records basic technical information about each visit, such as the page requested, the time, the browser type, and the IP address. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
- Basic analytics, if any. We may use simple analytics to see which pages get visited and roughly how many people visit. If we do, it is used only in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for payment details on this site, and we don't collect anything you haven't chosen to give us. If you become a client, billing is handled through a separate service agreement and payment processor, not through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and, if you ask, to talk about working together.
- To keep the website running, secure, and working properly.
- To understand, in general terms, how the site is being used.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails to people who simply contacted us.
Who else sees it
The services we use to run this site and our email (for example, our web hosting, form handling, and email providers) may process your information on our behalf. They are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messaging
StraightPath Digital operates phone numbers — for our own business and on behalf of client businesses — that can receive text messages. If you text one of these numbers, we receive your phone number and the content of your message, and we use them to respond to you within that conversation: answering your question, or helping schedule an estimate or appointment. Messaging is conversational and initiated by you; we don't send outbound marketing texts.
To deliver these messages, your information is processed by the platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us send and receive texts. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. We may disclose information if required to satisfy a legal, regulatory, or governmental request.

How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and a reasonable time after. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then discarded.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@straightpathdigital.io and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. If we use an analytics service, it may set a cookie or use a similar method to count visits; we will keep this policy updated to say so.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date at the top.
