Terms
Terms of Service
The short version: services are billed month to month, you can cancel any time, and we don't promise specific results. The full version is below.
1. Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between StraightPath Digital LLC ("StraightPath Digital," "we," "us") and the client ("you") who engages us for services. By signing a service agreement or paying for services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide lead generation, website design and care, and business automation services for local businesses. The specific services included in your engagement are described in your service agreement. Anything not listed there is not included.
3. Fees
Fees are as stated in your service agreement. We do not publish a public price list. Fees may be changed with at least thirty (30) days' written notice before the start of the billing period in which the new fee takes effect.
4. Billing
Services are billed month to month, in advance, on a recurring basis. Your billing period begins on the date stated in your service agreement and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails or is not received, we may pause services until the balance is paid.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@straightpathdigital.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be billed for any period after that. We may also end an engagement with written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
There are no refunds for the current billing period. When you cancel, services continue through the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
7. No guarantee of specific results
We work to bring customers to your business and to keep your website and automations running well. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any particular number of leads, calls, customers, sales, or search visibility. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your reputation, and how inquiries are handled once they reach you.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information (name, contact details, hours, services, service area) and let us know when it changes.
- Respond to inquiries that come to you in a timely and professional manner.
- Use the services only for a lawful business and in a lawful way.
- Confirm that any content you give us to publish (photos, text, logos) is yours to use.
9. Ownership and access
You own your business name, logo, photos, and any content you provide. Ownership of the website, domain names, accounts, and other deliverables built or managed under your engagement is set out in your service agreement. If your engagement ends, we will cooperate reasonably with any handover described there.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StraightPath Digital's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost business, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Services provided "as is"
Except as expressly stated in your service agreement, services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Text message service
Some phone numbers we operate — for our own business and on behalf of client businesses — can send and receive text messages. The service is conversational: you text first, and we (or the business whose number you texted) reply within that conversation to answer questions and schedule estimates or appointments. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to the number you messaged. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from that number unless you start a new conversation. Reply HELP at any time for help and instructions on how to unsubscribe.
The service is supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
